Was Nicki Minaj Throwing Shade At Latto With 21 Savage Video?

Fans think Nicki Minaj reposted an old video of 21 Savage singing her song, “Right By My Side,” was a petty shot at Atlanta rapper Latto. Allegedly, Latto and 21 are currently seeing each other and the “Big Energy” rapper recently got 21’s name inked behind her ear.

Trinidad, Stand Up!

Nicki Minaj may be out of hiatus as she was recently spotted arriving in her home country, Trinidad, for the annual Carnival.

Her trip home is prompted by Minaj’s recent collaboration with Trinidadian stars Machel Montano and Destra Garcia on her first soca record, “Shake the Record.” She is also participating in Carnival festivities and parties with two Carnival ensembles on Feb. 20 and J’Ouvert on Feb. 21.

Amid her travels, it also seems four-month-old beef that started with the Grammy category differentiation issues, with Latto, may have gotten a bit petty.

Was That Shade?!

Fans said they think Nicki posting an old video of 21 Savage singing her song, “Right By My Side” was petty towards Latto, who has allegedly been seeing 21 Savage.

“I don’t care what anybody say,” the Twitter post read. “Nicki posted this just to be petty towards Latto. Came back from hiatus, still petty.”

The twitter posted signed-off with a #40yearoldbully.

Latto has hinted at being in a relationship with 21, particularly in an episode of Caresha, Please with Yung Miami of City Girls.  21 Savage was also busted for shooting his shot at Latto and sending her flirty texts.

And if that wasn’t all the tea, Latto has also been assumed to have gotten 21’s government name, Sheyaa,  tattooed behind her right ear.

Despite all of the “clues” or giveaways they’re together, the couple has never confirmed their status.

Nicki Minaj’s Beef With Lil’ Kim

The feud with Latto seemed to almost poetically mirror Nicki Minaj’s own cold war with trendsetting icon Lil’ Kim. Lil’ Kim released “Black Friday” and recruited Minaj’s ex-manager, Fendi, for help with the video’s visuals.
