The Miami rapper took to Instagram to address his family’s recent fine for unfairly charging their employees from Wingstop.

As he speaks on the current violation, Rick Ross is chillin’ like a boss in front of his piano.

Ross explains how business owners will make mistakes and learn to prevent them from happening again.

“Let me address something, when you’re running a business, there will be some mistakes, but as the biggest boss, you’ll never make the same mistake twice.”

The “Stay Schemin’” rapper expressed his accountability regarding the fine and plans to use it as a stepping stone for bigger and better things.

Ross said:

“Taking accountability when you’re the biggest. And remember this, most successful people don’t take stumbling as a setback, but actually a stepping stone to greater things.”

It looks like Rick Ross is taking the violation lightly and has no plans on it happening again.
