West Coast hip-hop artist Moneysign Suede took to social media to send his condolences to three individuals that lost their lives at a party hosted by the rapper. 

On Instagram, he posted a heartfelt message to his fans, apologizing for the tragic incident. The caption read:

“Sorry To all the families ??? I have nothing to do with what happened I was long gone, not my show not my party It was a paid performance ?”. 

He continued to explain via the Instagram post:

“Just wanna get on here real quick to send my condolences to what happened after this paid show yesterday. I pray for all the people who were injured and died last night. My condolences and heart goes out to all the families of this hurt. Didn’t want none of that to happened. I was getting home already when I got the call.. Sorry to everyone im good off shows for a minute … to those who still supporting me thru it all,I love you!”

MoneySign $uede is an artist signed to Atlantic Records. The rapper is from the Huntington Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The LA-based rapper has also experienced a brush with the law and was incarcerated for car theft while his viral song “Back To The Bag,” amassed millions of views.

Trouble Murder Suspect Bond Denied

Violence in hip-hop is becoming an all too common occurrence. Last weekend in Atlanta, rapper Trouble was murdered, which has greatly shaken the hip-hop community.

The man responsible for Atlanta rapper Trouble’s murder has been arrested. According to the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office, police caught Jamichael Jones, 33, by going to locations where he was spotted frequently, which led investigators to his mother’s house. A judge denied his bond Tuesday morning in his first appearance in court.
