The cast members of “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” sat down for an interview with SOHH. They spoke about their world of acting and their favorite hip-hop artists.
The cast of Disney+’s “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” stopped by SOHH to give some insight into their musical inspirations and acting techniques.
The spinoff is in its third season, where the series follows students that attend the original school from the movie, East High.
SOHH interviewed actor and artist Corbin Bleu, an original cast member of the High School Musical Movies.
Bleu will be making a guest appearance in the new season.
When asked how he prepares for a role, he said he watches different movies and live plays to comprehend the character better.
Season 3 of the series will showcase the school drama club members as they attend a theatre arts camp. They work together to recreate a play based on Disney’s original princess movie, Frozen.
Dara Renee, a part of “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series,” let us know some of her biggest musical inspirations.
She shared that her singing style in her real life is Beyoncé; however, on the show, her character Kourtney’s singing style is closer to Jill Scott.
