Yo Gotti Gives Artist A Chance To Profit Off His Music
Yo Gotti just dropped his eleventh and final album CM10: Free Game, which contains 22 songs with artists including 42 Dugg, EST Gee, Moneybagg Yo, Kodak Black, Blac Youngsta and Shenseea. He released the music video to “Ya Bih” featuring Moneybagg Yo – a fellow Memphis artist under his label.
10Percent – an up-and-coming artist – won a feature on the album after his verse took the prize in Gotti’s #DollaFoDolla challenge that gave aspiring rappers the chance to record and post a video over the song “Dolla For Dolla.”
Now, Gotti has announced on Instagram that he is allowing any newcomer the opportunity to use his song “Dolla Fo Dolla” and make some coins off their remake. New versions of the song may now be added to any streaming platform with full approval from the Memphis retiring rap CEO.
Gotta Ventures Into Soccer
Gotti is officially a co-owner of the D.C. United Major League Soccer team. The Memphis rapper credits his son for introducing him to the sport. In a statement, Gotti said, “I watched how quickly [soccer] has grown in our country, so I’m honored to join the D.C. United ownership group.”
Yo Gotti Alkaline Water
Gotti affiliate, Moneybagg Yo, is also back in his business bag. While he’s not planning development projects on his newly gifted land, the Memphis rapper is liquidating his assets – literally – with an alkaline water venture called Vior.
