The Weeknd has dropped a sneak peek into the drama series titled “The Idol” on Instagram. The new series will stream on HBO Max.

In addition, the cast includes Lily-Rose Depp, Troye Sivan, and Debby Ryan.

The trailer reveals that the show entails sex, people partying, and the weirdest love story in the Hollywood area.

The Weeknd is currently on the road performing on his “After Hours Til Dawn” tour.

Unfortunately, the “I Feel It Coming” singer couldn’t perform in his hometown in Toronto due to a power outage. 

However, he was sure to look out for one of his fans that couldn’t make the show.

Issa Rae Announces “Rap Shit” On HBO Max

The Weeknd won’t be the only one in woks with  HBO Max.

A few weeks ago, Issa Rae took to Instagram to announce her new show “Rap Sh!t” with a trailer to give fans a sneak peek.

The show will star Aida Osman, Jonica Booth, Emergency’s RJ Cyler, and Florida-based rapper Kamillion.
