Known for his vanity, high style, and La Di Da Li lyrics, “Mirror, mirror on the wall…” rap icon Slick Rick has been tapped by Supreme to introduce their new, luxury vanity mirror product.
Supreme unveiled the Supreme x Meissen Porcelain Mirror on Instagram, clocking in at a whopping $16,000. According to the firm, Slick Rick encapsulates and shows off the opulence of the hand-painted mirror.
“The only one to match that energy is the one and only Slick Rick The Ruler,” said Supreme’s director, Ben Solomon. “The originator of fly and classy. Hip-hop’s greatest storyteller.”
Meanwhile, “The Ruler” himself called style and fashion “the makeup of my DNA” and was glad to be recognized and associated with this product.
“Supreme is an iconic brand that allows people to see themselves in art and fashion,” said Slick Rick. “Those are the same factors and passion that I have valued all my career.”
