Ludacris plays the brother of Latifah, who is traveling to Houston with two of her kids.
Things get crazy when they pull over to sleep at a motel for the night, and the man next door dies.
Reggie, played by Ludacris, takes a bag of money from the crime scene, putting the whole family in danger.
Latifah, who plays Brenda, must fight to keep her family safe from the people who want their money back.
Queen Latifah posted the trailer of the movie on her Instagram:

Queen Latifah is also one of the producers on the project, represented by her own production company, Flavor Unit Entertainment.

On August 12, Netflix released Day Shift starring Jamie Foxx, Snoop Dogg, Dave Franco, and Meagan Good.
The film follows a blue-collar father who becomes an LA vampire hunter for a week to come up with the cash to pay for his kid’s tuition and braces.
