Atlanta rapper Offset is keeping the cameras running. The hip-hop star has shared jaw-dropping footage of himself appearing to get arrested by California police and streamed the incident on Instagram Live.
Offset Arrested On Instagram Live
Footage is going across the Internet showing Off having a verbal confrontation with Beverly Hills cops. While details are still scarce, local police confirmed Cardi B‘s husband landed in handcuffs.
In the video, Offset can be heard saying he is not going to move his hands from the steering wheel while officers approach and tell him to turn his car off. One officer says, “We were told that you guys were waving guns at people.” “You just watched somebody beat my car up with a flag. What are you talking about?” Offset responds. Later, an officer tells him not to move and reaches into the rapper’s vehicle. “That’s not legal, you can’t just open my door,” Offset repeats while he is arrested. (NBC Los Angeles)
Offset Threatens Legal Action
In the clip, Offset also threatened local action toward Beverly Hills police. Off referenced his Instagram Live having thousands of people tuned in and said a lawsuit would possibly emerge out of the situation.
“You just watched somebody beat my car up with a flag. What are you talking about?” the rapper replies. “You told me to put my hands up, I’m not doing that…. There’s 25,000 people on my live. You’re going to get sued publicly.” The male officer tries to open Offset’s car door, and Offset says that he can’t do that. Offset is then pulled from the car, and arrested. (Newsweek)

Recently, Offset’s wife Cardi B went to her Twitter page and didn’t hold back on her feelings about people upset over their reunion. She defended the decision to link back up with Offset and even trolled followers upset about the move.
