The newly-named street is located in her home city, Portsmouth.
Elliott reacted on Instagram, saying she was very blessed to reach such an achievement:
“I’ve been blessed so much but this right here hits my heart differently.”
Pusha T also congratulated his fellow Virginia native in a post on his Instagram story.
