Comments Off on Kodak Black, A$AP Rocky, + More Disappointed After Not Being Able To Perform At Rolling Loud
Rolling Loud New York may have had thousands of fans entertained, but several artists were not happy at all.
Atlanta rapper 21 Savage was set to perform on September 25 before the headliner, Future.
The “Bank Account” rapper tweeted later during his scheduled set that he would not perform for Rolling Loud again.
An unconfirmed reason why he didn’t report is that he showed up late and was not allowed on stage.
A similar event happened with Kodak Black at the Made In America festival, where he was distraught that he couldn’t perform at all.
A$AP Rocky attempted a stage dive during his set but was later stuck in a mosh pit. Rocky’s performance was cut short, and he released a statement on Twitter apologizing to fans.
“I am so hurt right now! Last night was supposed to be a turning point in my live shows from the old to new!” Rocky tweeted after his performance.
Nicki Minaj was also accused of being late to perform, and fans claim her set was cut short.
Resulting in Nicki not being able to perform one of her biggest hits, “Moment 4 Life.” In which it’s seen the Queen had to perform the song fully acapella to close the show.
The End Is Near
Rolling Loud was meant to be a fun and chill environment for music fans to jam along to hits by their favorite artists.
Unfortunately, a recent shooting scare at the Toronto show left many artists and attendees on edge.
