Carl Wants To Make Amends With Meg?
Crawford said in an interview with TMZ:
“It’s unfortunate because I never wanted to have a situation where I was, you know, going back and forth with her on the internet.”
Referencing the back-and-forth between the two, Crawford took to his Instagram live to accuse Megan of causing “division” between J. Prince, CEO and co-founder of the Houston-based record label Rap-A-Lot and himself.
“I’m done with that,” Crawford said of the feud. He also noted that he and the Houston Hottie have not exchanged words since 2019 but would like to “mend” things. Meg signed a management deal with Roc Nation in 2019.
Megan Thee Stallion and 1501 Certified Entertainment have a history of issues. Megan has even accused the label of harassing Roc Nation CEO, Desiree Perez.
Megan sued 1501 in 2020, claiming the label treated her unfairly. A Texas judge then granted her a temporary restraining order against the label.
“It’s a whole lie. Nothing is true, she said. Me being greedy and taking money from her, that’s crazy. I never tried to take nothing from her. The only thing we ever did was give, give, give.”
Crawford said that since the “Sweetest Pie” rapper signed with Roc Nation, she was no longer in touch with him.
Though keeping a low profile since the assault trial against Tory Lanez, Megan was spotted celebrating her birthday in-mid February.
