Cardi B Always Wanted To Invest In Real Estate
For Cardi B’s 29th birthday, the superstar had a huge dancehall-themed bash where she was gifted a $1.5 million six-bedroom and six-bathroom villa in the Dominican Republic with a swimming pool on its roof for her birthday from her husband Offset.
The beaming mother of two praised her husband for listening to her dreams of investing in property in the Caribbean and thanked him for working with her father to purchase the home.
Offset unveiled the gift via a video presentation at Cardi’s Passa Passa-themed birthday party.

Offset purchasing a mansion for Cardi B is not the first land-oriented gift presentation we’ve seen. Last month, Instagram socialite Ari Fletcher gifted her rapper boyfriend, Moneybagg Yo, 28.8 acres of land for his 30th birthday.
Mogul Kanye West knows the power of land ownership. In 2020, he encouraged his fans not to waste their stimulus checks and tweeted “Use the government money and buy land.” West recently put his Wyoming ranch on the market for 11 million.
