Tierra Whack announces debut album World Wide Whack

Tierra Whack has shared the details of her first studio album, World Wide Whack. The project is out March 15 via Interscope, and according to an announcement posted by Whack to social media, was “brought to life” by the visual artist Alex Da Corte.

“I really took my time with this,” Whack said in her announcement, “so I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.” A new track called “Shower Song” will be released on Friday, January 26. See the announcement, and what could be the cover art, below:

Tierra Whack first emerged with her visual project Whack World in 2018. She subsequently covered The FADER, released a number of singles over the years, and was featured on “MY POWER” from the Beyoncé-curated soundtrack for 2021’s The Lion King. In 2021 she released three EPs: Rap?, Pop?, and R&B?. Her documentary Cypher was released in October 2023, and in November she shared a new song called “Chanel Pit.”
