The “Lose Yourself” rapper has filed an opposition that could prevent Real Housewives of Potomac reality stars, Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon from using “shady” as a name for their podcast, “Reasonably Shady.” Eminem filed the opposition on Feb. 14.
The Detroit-bred rapper said that he believes the usage of “shady” which he’s used since 1998, could “damage” his brand and cause confusion.
Eminem also has his own hip-hop radio station, Shade 45 which started in 2004 and broadcasted on satellite radio, SiriusXM.
Bryant and Dixon intended to also sell products such as socks, sweatshirts, lip gloss, hats, and more for their “Reasonably Shady” brand. Speaking of “Shady,” Eminem also has the 8 Mile series in the works put together by 50 Cent.
