Despite wowing crowds in Europe for his immersive Call Me If You Get Lost tour experience, Tyler the Creator has been on his grind, this time unveiling his new collection with Converse, the GLF 2.0.
The Converse x GOLF le FLEUR* 2.0 comes in two different color schemes, Curry/Copper Tan and Oil Green/Bison. Parts of the upper are a nod to Tyler’s earlier collab with Converse, the Gianno. The design as a whole has an old-school feel mixed with contemporary colors and design elements that make for a stylish shoe.
The shoe was first spotted on Tyler in July of 2021, in a video he posted on Instagram which became the bridge for his song “SWEET.”
Tyler The Creator’s Takeover
Tyler has been busy in the past few months, with “busy” being an understatement. He had the highest-grossing tour post-pandemic making over $30 Million, he scored the music for the most recent Louis Vuitton fashion show and is consistently being heralded as one of the best rappers in the world right now, and that’s only in music. He has two other brands, GOLF WANG and GOLF le Fleur*, which consistently produces beautiful pieces and fragrances which sell out online and in popups hosted by Tyler himself. Tyler the Creator is genuinely out here creating at the highest possible level.
