After a very successful 2021, Tyler, The Creator, has been traveling the world, selling out shows, and launching clothing and shoe brands. Recently, he announced at Made In America that it would be his last show “for a long time.”

Tyler took to Instagram earlier this week, announcing that his Made In America Festival performance in Philadelphia this weekend will be his last appearance on stage for a bit.

Under the festival flier listing his headlining date for the festival, Tyler wrote: 

“My last show for a long time.”

Tyler, The Creator, has been on the run, and that’s just one way to put it. 

He had the highest grossing tour of 2021 and continued on that same route this year, with Australian and European tour dates throughout the spring and summer.

He’s also been working hard on his craft in fashion, producing new pieces for his brands Golf Le Fleur and Golf Wang, plus a collaboration with Converse

However, Tyler will be going on a musical hiatus and performing landscape. Fans may wonder if Tyler could just be hopping off stage and back into the studio to start working or complete his next project.

His Grammy-winning LP Call Me If You Get Lost reclaimed its No. 1 spot, the tour reportedly earned $32.6 million, and he’s got a streaming deal for the tour on Amazon Prime.
