Reality TV star and influencer Erica Mena is making her way to film. The “Love and Hip Hop” star took to Instagram to announce her new acting venture.
She teased fans with a trailer showing a brutal fighting scene with cast member Justin Sweat. Justin, son of R&B legend Keith Sweat, will be starring as Erica’s stepson.
Directed by Chris Stokes, former manager of B2K, the film will also include R&B singer Marques Houston, set to play Mena’s husband.
“The Stepmother” is set to premiere on June 17 and will stream exclusively on the Tubi app.
Lil Baby’s “Untrapped” Is Making Its Way To Prime Video This Summer
Plenty of new films are set to be released this summer. Lil Baby’s highly-anticipated documentary, “Untrapped: The Story of Lil Baby,” is one of them. The documentary not only had a successful premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, but it is also now making its way to Amazon Prime Video.
The Atlanta-born rapper will see his acclaimed documentary reach a global audience via Amazon Prime this August.
