On the verge of releasing their 11th Sleater-Kinney LP, Little Rope, Carrie Brownstein and Corin Tucker have shared the record’s third single and closing track, “Untidy Creature.” The new song follows October’s “Hell” and November’s “Say It Like You Mean It.” The full project is due out January 19 via Loma Vista.

“Untidy Creature” is the type of raw power ballad fans have come to expect from Brownstein and Tucker, an anthem for messy love at the end of the world. Its video, directed by Nick Pollet, executes the simple concept of Australian free diver Amber Bourke submerging herself in a bathtub as the song kicks into gear and holding her breath for more than two-and-a-half minutes before finally breaching the surface as the track reaches its climactic coda.

Watch the clip or stream the track on its own below. And scroll further for Little Rope’s cover art and tracklist, as well as Sleater-Kinney’s upcoming North American tour dates.
