Dominican-Haitian singer and producer, Luigui Bleand, has garnered over a million views for the music video for his recent collaborative single “Mueve Eso.” The track features one of the urban genre’s rising artists La Perversa, known for global hits like “La Opinión Es Tuya,” ft. El Alfa El Jefe, Farruko, and DJ Adoni.
The Caribbean native reveals that the idea of the track came to him while working in the studio, “I was smoking and drinking with a friend, that’s when we started talking, she told me some stories about being in London with some dark-haired people smoking and drinking and that’s where the topic of “Mueve eso” came up. That’s how it came about, it’s a very street song, and I think that’s why it’s been so well received because people like the street.”
Speaking of his collaboration with La Perversa, Luigui Bleand says: “It was mere coincidence, I already had the track in the studio. We got together, I showed it to her and she really liked it. Then the chemistry happened and we made that hit. Working with her was excellent, she is the best when it comes to working.”
Following “Mueve Eso,” Luigui is set to drop a full-length album called Pandora. The anticipated LP will include the previously released single “Lo’ Prieto” and many new tracks like the upcoming “Zumba” that will introduce two new Dominican talents Yomel El Meloso and Tivi Gunz.
