The King of the South is back with a new project to feed the fans, and it is called Kill The King. The project is an 18-track LP featuring artists like Summer Walker, Anderson .Paak, 2 Chainz, Young Dro, T-Pain, Jeezy & many more.
Just recently, T.I. shared his podcasting platform ‘Expeditiously’ with fellow collaborator T-Pain, and busted the myth behind his name. Finally, T.I. clarified that his name isn’t short for “targeted individual” as T-Pain had assumed, and instead was just a shorter version of his nickname ‘Tip,’ so that he could differentiate himself from the artist Q-Tip.
The latest album has come out via the label Grand Hustle LLC / EMPIRE, and sees T.I. explore bravado, vulnerability & legacy all in one project while constantly experimenting. It is a strong reminder of T.I.’s position within the music industry, and the project speaks for itself the best. Check it out below!
