The Wendy’s Twitter account is known to go harder than a lot of battle rappers out here. The burger-slinging savages recently took aim at Ohio rapper/rocker Machine Gun Kelly, citing his famous feud with Eminem.
Wendy’s Fires Shots At Machine Gun Kelly
MGK was just minding his own business when a Twitter fan called Wendy’s one of the “Top 5 Things Eminem’s afraid to Diss.” To which Wendy’s responded, “Please don’t make him do it, my pop-punk album to recover after his diss isn’t ready,” a jab at MGK’s music going in a new direction post-Eminem.
Flashback: MGK vs. Eminem
The 2018 back-and-forth between MGK and Slim Shady will go down in history as an L for Kelly. Some people still swear by MGK’s “Rap Devil” as the highlight of the beef, but Em’s “Killshot” pretty much, well, killed the rivalry.
According to reports, “Killshot” had the largest debut of any hip-hop song in YouTube history.
The official audio of “Killshot” earned a record 38.1 million views on YouTube in the first 24 hours of its release on Friday. It now has over 72 million views on the site. YouTube said “Killshot” also had the third-highest debut of any song in the site’s history, and the track is on top of the site’s US trending chart. (Business Insider)
Eminem’s ‘Lose Yourself’ Hits 1 Billion Spotify Streams
The Detroit rap icon has come a long way since 8 Mile Road, and recently the song that might be the defining track of his career – “Lose Yourself” – surpassed one billion streams on streaming giant Spotify. The song was a smash hit in 2002, and now almost two decades later sits alongside artists like Ed Sheeran, Drake, Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande in the 1B club.
Snoop Dogg Bashed For Snubbing Eminem In His Top 10
We’ve seen how supportive Em’s fans can be. Remember earlier this year when Snoop Dogg listed his top 10 rappers and didn’t include Marshall Mathers?

New York rapper Westside Gunn fired a subtle shot at the Em’s Shady Records label earlier this year. Gunn hit up Twitter with a major name-drop targeting Slim Shady. He questioned if the home Marshall built realized his group Griselda had a “Best Group” nomination for the BET Awards.
“I wonder do @ShadyRecords know we’re nominated for a BET AWARD tonight ??” -Westside Gunn’s Twitter
