Hot 97’s Ebro Says Tekashi 6ix9ine Is ‘Completely Finished’

It’s no industry secret that New York rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s career isn’t nearly as hot since getting out of prison as it was before he went in (and snitched). But one of hip-hop’s most popular radio hosts now claims Tekashi is “completely finished” as a relevant artist.

Radio Host Says Tekashi 6ix9ine Fell Off

Ebro of Hot 97’s “Ebro In The Morning” show declared Tekashi 6ix9ine is done. Tek reached No. 1 on the charts with his single “Trollz” featuring Nicki Minaj recently, but his new album TattleTales saw weak sales figures and is currently nowhere to be found on the Billboard 200 chart.

Atlanta rapper 21 Savage is making it very clear his team doesn’t rock with Tekashi 6ix9ine. The hip-hop star went online to share footage from a 70’s party celebration and decorations aimed at poking fun at the New York rapper for previously working with federal prosecutors.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Hospitalized In Florida

According to early October 2020 reports, 6ix9ine was admitted to a Florida hospital after having a bad reaction to diet pills and caffeine. While details were scare, the motivation behind the pills was because Tek weighed over 200 pounds during his stint in prison and wanted a fast solution to shed the fat.

Tekashi told the Shade Room that his overdose was a result of pairing a cup of coffee with two Hydroxycut pills instead of the recommended daily dosage of one. The rapper also claimed that the combination of diet supplements and caffeine sped up his heart rate. Tekashi began to “sweat excessively” soon after his consumption. The New York native, who is currently on probation, also told the Shade Room that he was not using any drugs at the time of his overdose. Tekashi reportedly claims that he was using Hydroxycut pills because of his serious weight gain during his time in prison. (MSN)

6ix9ine Feels Blacklisted

In September 2020, Tek went to his Instagram page to point the finger at the entire music biz. 6ix9ine shared since-deleted footage of himself looking through streaming services and showing his new LP isn’t listed on any playlists.
