New York rap star Cardi B has a whole lot of music on the way. During a recent conversation, she went online to give out details on what’s to come and how hard she’s been grinding in the studio.
Cardi B Dishes Out Music Details
In a new interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music’s New Music Daily, Cardi says she wants to drop her Invasion of Privacy followup album soon. She also revealed she’s got upwards of 50 songs recorded and ready to go, but it might not be enough still. Cardi continued and said that she has three potential introductions to her next project, also calling the process of an album especially hard right now due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
“I really wanted to put out an album last year, but it was like, ‘I feel like I don’t have the right songs’. I have recorded so many songs. I think I’ve got like 50 songs recorded, and I’m just still not satisfied. If I’m not satisfied, I’m just not satisfied, but I really want to put out an album this year. I feel like I have no choice now. Now, I feel like I exceeded my limit of holding. I just need to stop with the fear.”
