Kendrick Lamar and SZA‘s “luther” is fairly inescapable. The song, which appeared out of nowhere along with the rest of Kendrick Lamar’s surprise album GNX, has notched seven weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was one of the songs Lamar performed at the Super Bowl. Unsurprisingly, the song now has a video. It’s directed by Karena Evans, who puts the two artists in a series of concrete-festooned architectural marvels as they love on and lament over their respective partners. The video incorporates more of “If This World Were Mine,” the original song by Luther Vandross and Cheryl Lynn that forms the spine of the new track. Check it out above, and find SZA and Lamar’s upcoming world tour dates here.
