Charli xcx’s ’Brat’ autumn arrives at Storm King

Brat autumn descended on the attendees at Storm King on Thursday, Oct. 10. Under the shadow of the deluxe album monolith, fans got a first listen of Brat and it’s completely different but also still brat — the third release from Charli xcx’s Brat universe.

“We’re fine art bitches now,” Charli xcx exclaimed at the barricade. She also poked fun at the album’s leak: “I know that no one here listened to the leak… So if you’re f*cking singing the words, I’ll know!”

The installation was another “you had to be there” moment that proves the idea that Brat summer is eternal, no matter the season.
