New Details In Kobe Bryant Helicopter Crash Emerge

New details have emerged about the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, who was killed a little more than a year ago. The National Transportation Safety Board has issued an official statement of the probable cause of the fatal helicopter crash, blaming mistakes by pilot Ara Zobayan.

New Details Emerge About Helicopter Crash

It’s been reported that Kobe didn’t pressure Zobayan to fly at all, but rather he felt self-induced pressure and still went through with their flight. Investigators also said he was undergoing spatial disorientation, in which a pilot doesn’t realize if they’re going up or down, in this case Zobayan would have not known he was descending.

The NTSB has issued the official statement of probable cause — blaming mistakes by pilot Ara Zobayan. “The National Transportation Safety Board determines the probable cause of this accident was the pilot’s decision to continue flight under visual flight rules into instrument meteorological conditions which resulted in the pilot spatial disorientation and loss of control.” (TMZ)
