D12’s Kuniva Receives Medical Treatment

A few days ago, D12’s Kuniva found himself in an operation. Without getting specific, he revealed he was getting his body right following a surgery.

“What’s good my people! Still recovering from this surgery and I’m better everyday. I had put this procedure off for YEARS bc of fear of the outcome. The surgeons were saying some serious shit about me not being able to do what I love (rap) anymore. I was SHOOK … Thanks to my wife @MikaCarlisle for her encouragement and prayers. She assured me that god got me. I made Alpha Underdog with the peace of accepting that it could be my last album. Another reason why I didn’t do any features. So I put the surgery off til the 30th of Dec.”

Dr. Dre’s Out Of ICU

According to the latest reports, the Doc was able to leave the hospital and return home last Friday on his road to recovery. However, Dre’s still not in the full clear just yet and will still require medical attention with 24/7 monitoring for the next few weeks as a precaution.

Our sources tell us Dre was in ICU at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. until Wednesday, when he was then moved to a private room at the hospital. Although he’s been released, we’re told doctors still don’t know what triggered the brain bleed — and that’s part of the reason for the at-home care. Our sources told us Dre’s doctors cautiously informed his family a “bad outcome” did not appear to be on the horizon. (TMZ)
